Determine the Cause of Hanging Process and Errors

The procedure that we finished one unresponsive process is forced, every administrator known: In Task Manager, click on it to its context menu item End Process or suppressed in the process labeled <Del>. However, sometimes the cause of research is more productive: Wait for the completion of the process as a thread or network activity results, it often makes sense to put this here and doctoring. So you can quit the program, which may still be clean with its data stored.

Information on why a hung process that gives the resource monitor. He can be via Start Menu All Programs / Accessories / System Tools to start or simply as a command resmon be entered. On the tab index you click the right mouse button on the process in question and select the menu item Analyze queu. Thus we learn, from which the process waits for the moment and should be easily able to identify the component that prevents its completion.

Service Pack 1: Installation fails with error 0x80070050 (The file is available)

Sometimes fails to install Service Pack 1 for Windows Server 2008 R2 on 7/Windows with the error or one of the blue screen errors. The file exists (what and why that's a problem, we learn in the old tradition, but not Microsoft). The detailed error description is ERROR_FILE_EXISTS (0x80070050).

The delay is annoying: First, the installation gets to the point at which the computer must be restarted. Then run to configure the updates almost to the end - over 80%, sometimes up to 99%. Only then does the problem and any changes will be taken back, which still takes twice as long, but at least it runs smoothly. After another restart the computer without a service pack is ready again and displays the error message.

Manage your VMware systems via Microsoft System Center!

Physical and virtual servers from a single console to manage the nworks Management Pack.

Solution: In all the systems on which the error occurred here in the test - it was invariably to Windows Server 2008 R2 - to let the service pack install finally, after additional language files have been removed. As experiments, which had hindered or whatever number of extra language packages specifically for the SP1 installation, very time consuming, it is advisable to remove all language files that do not meet the original installation language. Later they can add it back - a process that lasts very long, but takes far less time consuming than if you risk another failed SP1 installation. It should be noted that for Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 and the corresponding new DVD with the updated language packs for Service Pack 1 is required.

Build a Wooden Exercise Weight Bench

The benefits of weight training are vast. Strength training can stimulate positive thinking and gives you greater confidence, but also has hundreds of health benefits. The best part is that you can even train at home. The weight bench is an essential part of weight training.

However, the purchase of a weight bench is not an option for many people living on a budget. Benches range in price from extremely cheap to extremely expensive. However, those who cannot afford to spend a lot of money can also have a weight bench. They can build their own wooden exercise bench using easy to find or borrowed hand tools.

For starters, make sure you have two 5 1/2 by 1 1/2 inch boards, seven 2 by 4 boards, measuring tape, drywall screws and a handsaw. These tools and materials are pretty cheap to buy from a local hardware store if you cannot obtain them elsewhere.

You can also check with a neighbor who likes doing a little home repairing from time to time. Once you have collected the tools and materials you need, measure your height in centimeters.

Then, measure the distance between the chair and the top of your head while sitting. Make sure you sit up straight or you run the risk of making a bench that is too short for you.

Place the two 5 1/2 by 1 1/2 boards on a flat surface. Compare each board to the length of your body.
Use the handsaw to cut the boards where you have marked it. The remaining pieces will form the upper surface of the finished weight bench.

Next, lay the 2 by 4 boards on a flat surface. Measure and mark the eleven-inch boards.

Use the handsaw to cut the boards where you have marked them. Place the 5 1/2 by 1 1/2 boards side by side on the flat surface and make sure they are aligned properly.

Measure the boards and then mark them right in the center. Then take one of eleven inches long boards and lay them across the middle of the first two boards.

Use four drywall screws to attach the 2 by 4 boards to the 5 1/2 by 1 1/2 boards. The 2 by 4 boards act as a cross beam that holds the two 5 1/2 by 1 1/2 boards together.

Take some measurement tape and measure two inches from each end of the 5 1/2 by 1 1/2 boards. Attach an eleven-inch piece in all the marked places so that the 2 by 4 boards are vertical.

These 2 by 4 boards will be the legs of the finished product. The 2 by 4 boards should be perpendicular to the 5 1/2 by 1 1/2 boards.
image of exercises.
Then put another two-for-4 over the bench outside the 2-for-4 legs and fixed legs with drywall screws. Repeat on the other side.
Repeat this step on both sides if necessary. Enforce the weight bench and make sure that the screws do not pop out when the seat is moved or used.

Finally, use 200-grit sandpaper for the top of the weight bench to be smoother. You will probably need to sand the sides as well so that you can touch them without wearing gloves. Or you can grind the entire bench. You can even go to the store and buy wood polish to give your weight bench an extra touch.

Polished wood is a great piece of furniture to place in any room. You can turn your weight bench into a work of art instead of a simple piece of training equipment if you have any carving skills and the necessary tools.
A weight bench can become a great conversation topic and a piece of equipment which can help you develop the body you have always wanted. You can even develop a new hobby while making your wooden bench. You can also make sit up benches used for sit ups.

Making a wooden weight bench with all the necessary extra elements is still much cheaper than buying one from the store. The potential benefits of this type of exercising transform the weight bench in a useful and rewarding piece of equipment.

Well, what are you waiting for? Get to work right away!

Party Plan

The party plan is a way to market products directly via an organized social event These events are used here to introduce the products and try them out. They take place mostly in a domestic atmosphere and thereby take the so-called emerging fear out of it that often keeps them interested in entering unfamiliar specialty stores and specialty shops.

By using the Party Plan, some use primarily social aspects that help to use a flat management hierarchy and to achieve a high margin and low commission structure if performed well.
image of party plan.
Sales contribute to enhancing it in the first place in the family atmosphere of the event, and the mutual animation among participants, consisting mostly of friends and relatives of the person hosting the sale party, and of course the exclusive character which is given to the products in that they do not or at least are not the same quality with the same label as the ones sold in stores.

This event is not organized by the seller of the products, but by one of his clients, who acts as host. As an incentive for the host such a party is usually a gas  gift, a sales commission or a gift, used coupled with a revenue share. The party plan is known since the early 1950s, in which it was developed by Browne Wise for household articles of goods manufacturer Tupperware ®. The fun factor, coupled with professional customer service is the main factors that make this form of marketing so successful.

By far the largest share of sales representatives are women, which is explained both by the type of sales events, but primarily of course by the departments that are offered at such parties. Primarily those products present at these events, consequently, are household items, home accessories, cosmetics, clothing, jewelry and lingerie. As commission in distribution systems, commonly referred to remuneration paid by a distribution company to a seller who has made the company revenue. For the multi-level marketing expands this concept by commissions are paid only for transactions in which the distributor has achieved, but also to transactions that are generated through channel partners, who were recruited by him, or turn by distribution partners recruited by himself, i.e. in the 2nd, 3rd or x-th level. The amount of commissions paid is generally from according to the regulations, which are recorded in the compensation plan.

They are often also included in the spread between purchase and sale price of the product. What makes Network Marketing reliable and worthwhile? Here is a clear answer: Each distributor has the option of bootstrapping in the course of its workforce. This means that anyone can use the position of his superior (in the multi-level marketing: "Sponsor"). Each position in the referral marketing is so connected that one too - fully automatic - in the profits of those sales partners who you sponsored. (This distribution partners "in" a sponsor fromhis "down line, and, the income received by the Sponsor, without automatically being called "passive income".)

In the down line network marketing is certain of the individual organizations, namely higher positions are awarded only once. If a distributor named as advertised now so many customers, according to guidelines that it so "good" is as it should be his sponsor, called A., B. is automatically promoted to the rank list up (he takes a step in the up line) and assumes the position of A. Due to such a promotion, he is now A and can no longer be able receive passive income from the activity of B..

This (past) passive income can be considered a "bonus," which is now A. "break away" and is described in English (and in the German terminology) as the "break-away bonus."

In this way, the legitimate multi-level marketing ensures what is taking place among employees and an internal competitive process. In the rules, all are incorporated equally Ask ask to view this regularly and reliably in order to get at a certain quantum of work performance "salary increases" and that is reflected in the desired proximity to customers, the acquisition of communication skills and adherence to fairness in the direct activity of the individual distributor. Because everyone knows this: the stabilization of customer trust is the best kind of advertising, which in turn is used to transport it in the upload.

Motion Sickness-When Motion Causes Illness

Many people love travelling and do their best to organize the best trips whenever they have the chance. However, there is one reason that determines many people to stay at home: motion sickness. Read about motion sickness, what causes it and about some tricks to overcome it.

The phenomenon was previously known as seasickness and later as air sickness. But no matter whether travelling by ship, plane, bus, car or even train, motion sickness can occur on any means of transport. Motion sickness occurs when the organ of balance sends "messages" or stimuli that the brain does not recognize.

Causes of seasickness

Image of motion sickness. The organ of balance located in the inner ear responds to any change in the inclination of the head, but also to acceleration. The body consists of several lymphatic fluid-filled semicircular canals. The walls of the semicircular canals are equipped with hair cells. If there is any movement or acceleration of the head or the whole body, then there is movement in the liquid. The hair cells are then bent. Then, the stimulus received by the hair cells is converted into an electrical impulse and the nerves transmit it to the brain.

This process takes place continuously with every movement. The brain compares the "messages" sent by the vestibular system to the stimuli of the senses. As you turn in circles, the brain learns not only about the balance, but also about the sense of sight. However, there is a fault if the releases of the various sense organs are contradictory or do not fit together. This is what motion sickness actually is. Know the causes as well as the symptoms of motion sickness.

Motion sickness is caused by a winding path, waves or turbulence or any unusual balance movement. However, the sense of sight will not perceive any movement because you are in a closed means of transport - car, boat or plane. The brain cannot cope with this contrary information. The same thing happens on the deck of a sailboat if the differences between the perceived and seen movements are too large. Severe motion sickness with headaches, nausea and vomiting can occur if this situation is maintained over a longer period of time.

How to prevent motion sickness

The most reliable remedy for motion sickness is the following: Experience the movement not only with your body, but find a way for the eyes to perceive it, too and if possible, choose a seat that is not subjected to too much movement. Make sure that you prevent the symptoms of motion sickness. There are ways to do it.

In the car

Image of symptoms of motion sickness. The driver should not be sick. The reason: He has his eyes on the road and takes every curve in advance with his eyes. The brain "knows" so that the body is forced into the same curve and can classify this movement stimulus correctly.
If you are prone to motion sickness: Take the passenger seat and look forward or drive.

On the bus

The front seats are also recommended on the bus, not only because of the possibility of keeping eyes on the road, but also because you can adjust to tight curves better. The movement stimulus is therefore particularly intense in certain seats. You might want to stay directly above the front axle, which is in front of the bus.

On the plane

The pilot must fly in patterns or the body tends to go up and down too much in case of turbulences. This movement is the lightest at the level of the wings on the aisle. So try to reserve a seat there.

On the ship

When you are on a boat, you can usually avoid the waves if you stay in the middle. However, going on the deck helps when on a boat trip: the fresh air and unobstructed view of the horizon often prevent the nausea.

On the train

Motion sickness usually occurs in case of rare travelling, but this is not a rule. Modern trains are often put into the corners, just like motorcycle riders. Usually, the rails are fixed at a slight angle. Certain traits tend to get further to the right or left through the curves. The rule is: The axis is the gentlest place.

There are also drugs that help against motion sickness, in addition to these behavioral measures. Ginger tablets have proved to be effective. One should take the tablets before they get really bad. The tablets are ineffective if you vomit.

In general, you should also pay attention to adequate sleep and easily digestible food. You should not leave on an empty stomach. Deal with your stomach rather regularly by eating light snacks such as pretzels or low-fat cookies. And avoid discussions about possible motion sickness for the fear of it favors the nausea. By the way, the body generally gets used to the movement stimuli over time.

Diving with a Camera in the Dominican Republic and Indonesia

The Dominican Republic

The Dominican Republic is located between the Atlantic and Caribbean. The annual route of humpback whales through the Atlantic Ocean goes through the north of the island. You can meet the giants of the sea while diving from January to March, of course if you are lucky. The South of the island offers tropical diving conditions like the ones in the Caribbean. Shallow depths and warm water temperatures provide good conditions for beginners, while advanced students can explore and film with a waterproof CCTV camera the surrounding wrecks.

Land and people

The Dominican Republic has about nine million people who excel despite the poverty of the irrepressible Caribbean zest for life. The country shares the island of Hispaniola with its much poorer neighbor Haiti. The Dominican Republic remains a popular tourist destination due to the politically stable conditions. Tourism is therefore the most important economic factor in the country.

Diving around the Dominican Republic

Diving is more challenging in the North of the island of the Dominican Republic, for example, in Sosua. There are many small caves and tunnels where people can dive easily and safely. A small wreck and the much acclaimed Airport Cave/Airport Wall complete the picture of Sosua. In the North lies the peninsula of Samana, which is the most beautiful region of the Dominican Republic, an area which is far enough from the major airports. In the center of the Peninsula lies Las Terrenas with its different diving opportunities. Again, there is a small wreck and there are two freshwater lakes connected by special tunnels.

There are Caribbean diving conditions in the South of the island. Boca Chica and Bayahibe are Diving centers. The depths of 12-15 meters are generally rather low, making the Dominican Republic a good place for a beginner diving course. Both Boca Chica and Bayahibe are close to the airport in contrast to the places in the North.

Indonesia

If Bali has been a traditional name for a long time, most can do little with the rest of Indonesia. However, divers can admire approximately Fifteen percent of the reefs worldwide, 75% of all known coral species and more than 4000 different animal species in Indonesia, a top destination for diving. In addition to this, a holiday in Indonesia is an adventure, although it is not as safe as the Red Sea.

Security

The tsunami that hit Indonesia in 2004 and cost more than 150,000 lives has now been overcome. The danger of Islamist attacks seems to have increased, too. The latest attack on Bali has been left behind. It is best to get travel advice from the Foreign Office before taking a trip to Indonesia.

The largest islands in the West

Indonesia stretches across some 17000 islands. With an 88% share, Islam is the most common religion among the 225 million people. This is Indonesia's largest island nation in terms of population and is the fourth largest country in the world per total.

Diving in Indonesia

Divers find the islands of Bali Alor, Flores, Komodo, Lombok and Sulawesi particularly interesting. The tourism is still underdeveloped on some of these islands. For this reason alone, you should check the hotel and dive site in advance as comprehensively as possible. Moreover, it is worthwhile to cast an eye on the security arrangements and correct any deficiencies. The nearest decompression chambers and hospitals are also far away, so remember that you should be caucious and more careful while on dives.

Rich fish and little dived spots

There is an incredible abundance of fish under the surface waiting for divers - tuna, mackerel and barracudas hunt their prey during swarming on steep walls and coral gardens, often being mistaken for the colorful reef. Slugs are presented as a patient macro model and angler fish wait around and attract all the sharks patrolling around. Sunfish, Napoleon, manta rays - the list of maritime attractions is endless and is a wonder. The cyanide fishing has threatened the fish stocks in the past, but is now banned. Unfortunately, the practice has not yet completely disappeared.Always be prepared when traveling.Sites like www.waterproofcamera.co.uk can help you obtain or just provide you with information about useful devices.

Tropical rain forests

Besides diving, the Indonesian islands offer one of the largest natural tropical rain forest areas of the planet with rich flora and fauna. A good place to explore this is the Komodo National Park. Moreover, ancient Buddhist and Hindu temples are waiting to be explored.
